This privacy policy (“Policy”) governs the the Introspective Systems website (https://www.introspectivesystems.com) operated by Introspective Systems, LLC, a Maine limited liability company (“Introspective Systems,” “we” or “us”). We refer here to the website together as the “Service.”

Third-Party Services

Minors
To access or use the Service, you must be at least 13 years old and have the requisite power and authority to understand and consent to the practices described in this Policy. No one under age 13 may provide any information to the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. “Do Not Track” Technology

Update this whenever you update the policy. Be sure to keep copies of all previous versions archived; later, you may need them either in the event of a lawsuit or to be able to prove to business partners or investors which versions were in effect at various times.
Federal law requires you to let all email recipients opt out of most emails anyway, so the best practice here is to say so in the Privacy Policy and then make sure you comply with opt-out requests. Most commercial email services (e.g. MailChimp, Constant Contact) are helpful here because they make compliance easy.
